Short Biography
Petronilla is a Self-Driven, industrious, Administration and Human Resource expert and professional. Currently works as Senior Administrator in academics including organizing meeting, addressing staff concerns, human resource aspects of staff including payments, welfare and employee relations. Other areas include risk assessment implementation, records and information management, integrity champion, ISO 900:2015 and 27001:2013 school champion, acting as the procurement liaison officer at the school and department level. She is also constantly addressing students’ academic concerns or escalating those above her scope.
Petronilla is highly committed to serving and meeting her clients’ objectives at the shortest time possible. She has valuable knowledge and committed to the valuable welfare of employees and the clients through her acquired HR knowledge and skills.
Research Interests: Human Resource is an asset to any organization. This is the driving force for the organization to achieve its goals. My interest has been to research on Employee motivation and job satisfaction, performance and productivity issues and attitudes.
